1. About Kue
   Kue is an AI-powered networking intelligence platform that helps professionals map their existing relationships — sourced from connected accounts such as Gmail and LinkedIn — to surface warm introduction paths. Kue is designed for use by sales professionals, recruiters, and founders who want to leverage their existing network more effectively.
   
   

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kue. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Kue is intended for professional use only and is not directed at consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
   
   

3. Account Registration
   To access Kue, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
   Providing accurate registration information
   Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
   All activity that occurs under your account
   Notifying us immediately at hello@trykue.com of any unauthorized access
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
   
   

4. Connected Accounts and Data Integrations
   Kue's core functionality requires you to connect third-party accounts, including but not limited to Gmail and LinkedIn. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Kue to access specific data (as described in our Privacy Policy) to build and maintain your personal network graph.
   You acknowledge that:
   Connecting third-party accounts is voluntary, but necessary to use key features of the Service
   You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party integrations complies with the respective platform's terms of service
   Kue does not store full email content — only metadata such as sender, recipient, and relationship signals
   You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time through your account settings
   
   

5. Acceptable Use
   You agree to use Kue only for lawful, professional purposes. You may not:
   Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial communications
   Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Kue platform
   Use Kue to facilitate unlawful discrimination in hiring, sales, or other professional contexts
   Circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limits
   Use Kue in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws
   Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
   Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
   
   

6. Subscription and Payments
   Kue offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
   Pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing page
   Provide accurate and up-to-date billing information
   Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
   Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Early adopter pricing (e.g., locked rates from beta participation) is granted per the specific promotional terms communicated at the time of offer.
   Refunds are offered at our discretion. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at hello@trykue.com within 30 days of the charge.
   
   

7. Intellectual Property
   Kue and its underlying technology, algorithms, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Kue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Kue's intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
   You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect to Kue. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
   
   

8. AI-Generated Content
   Kue uses artificial intelligence to generate introduction drafts, suggest connection paths, and surface network insights. You acknowledge that:
   AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
   You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any AI-generated introductions
   Kue does not guarantee the accuracy of relationship strength signals or path recommendations
   You should not rely on Kue's output as professional, legal, or compliance advice
   
   

9. Third-Party Services
   Kue integrates with third-party platforms such as Google (Gmail) and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the availability or accuracy of these services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
   
   

10. Privacy
    Our collection, use, and handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Kue, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
    
    

11. Disclaimers
    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
    
    

12. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KUE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
    
    

13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
    
    

14. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    
    

15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
    
    

16. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
